We provide a 30-day trial period. Please note that the 30-Day Trial does not cover an unintentional customer error, such as choosing the wrong weapon or choosing the wrong color or hand of the product. Read the full trial period instructions.

In case of any defects on the products, the process is similar, but the pictures are mandatory, without them, there is no possibility of replacement. We need to see the pictures to understand the problem. After the pictures are sent and your request is processed and uploaded, you will change our product free of charge at our cost.
